Ahem. Third paragraph of this story: “Most of the filters were unable to block content carried by non-web protocols.”

In other words, if you share stuff like Kiddie Porn via Limewire or BitTorrent, which, no doubt, is how it’s being transfered because no one is stupid enough to browse, view, host, operate or own a Kiddie Porn website, this multimillion dollar project is useless.
