<p>How many times will the state government announce and reannounce these kinds of rail infrastructure projects?</p>
<p>The only work ever done on these damn things is that one piece of sod <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">Carr Iemma</span> Rees or his Minister-In-Charge-Of-Fantasyland turns over at all the damn ceremonies.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll believe it when I&#8217;m riding down the Parramatta Road Metro line.  Until then, please Mr. Rees, less talk, more work.</p>
