About Scott
Kenneth Scott Huntley, AACS (PROV) is a Web Consultant living in the South Western suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
Currently a mature student of Bachelor of Internet Science & Technology at the University of Wollongong and a part-time Web Design teacher at Miller College of TAFE, Scott was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Scott is an Associate of the Australian Computer Society, a Member of the Australian Web Industry Association, a Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, and the winner of a 2005 TAFE State Medal in Web Development.
Scott currently hates this theme and will work on a new one when he gets a chance.
This page was neglected for about 6 months. Scott hated the theme he had created and basically, like many bloggers, ran out of things to say. So what brought him back? Recently while teaching Web Design at Miller TAFE, his ingenious students discovered his page and started finding it's flaws. Apparently Scott has a "do I what I say, not what I do" approach. Well, who doesn't? Although Scott strives to teach the best practices, reality means sometimes we'll accept less than best - for now!

Scott’s LOST prediction
Okay, here in Australia, we’re still some 6 hours away from the last episode of LOST and I still have time to throw one more theory out there.
Before I do, can I just say Season 6 rocked! What a payoff!
What I loved:
Richard’s story was awesome!
So much insight into the island, it makes you realise [...]
Scott Goes iPhone Nuts
Well I actually did and went against my apple ban and got an iPhone! How unlike me. Truth is I’m sick of waiting for Google to catch up. How long before we’ll actually see the Droid or the Nexus One on Australia’s shores? Yeah I thought so.
Well here’s a neat thing: in the app store [...]

Olympics to hit the big screen – The Globe and Mail.
This is a brilliant idea. It’s too bad it’s limited in coverage, with nothing sceens in Atlantic Canada participating. Sporting events are definately better to watch in a community environment! I hope this type of presentation comes to Australia.

How many times will the state government announce and reannounce these kinds of rail infrastructure projects?
The only work ever done on these damn things is that one piece of sod Carr Iemma Rees or his Minister-In-Charge-Of-Fantasyland turns over at all the damn [...]
Coverville 534
I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile:
My request – “Solsbury Hil” by the Dust Rhinos was played on Coverville, episode 534 (download the mp3).
The Dust Rhinos are butt-kickin’ celtic rockers (their words, but ones I completely agree with) from Winnipeg. I have to admit, first found them way-back on Napster, and since then have [...]
